HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group May 4th

Good Saturday morning and May the 4th be with you! In honour of Star Wars Day, we will watch a film from the franchise tonight. We’ll probably watch the first movie from 1977. The films from the original trilogy remain the best, in my opinion.

I woke up with pain in my ankle and I’m limping a bit. It happens that the area is sometimes stiff in the morning, like it needs to warm up to get going. I’ll avoid walking too much today and thankfully, it’s mobility and stretching day in the 30-day challenge, so there won’t be too much strain on my ankle. Will you be working out today or resting?

David and I have succeeded this week in doing some housecleaning throughout the week and keeping 2 key surfaces clutter-free, the kitchen table and coffee table. Just keeping those surfaces clean has made a difference in my stress level. It takes less than 10 minutes each day, it’s manageable. It comes down to just doing instead of thinking. The Nike slogan « Just do it » comes to mind.
